In 2024, Tom Akers turned his lifelong passion for cooking into a reality by founding The Scalded Dawg.
Inspired by his love for creating mouthwatering dishes, Tom retired from his job and embarked on a new adventure, serving premium hot dogs and catering services across Birmingham.
His dream was to share his culinary creations with the community, and today, The Scalded Dawg is known for its delicious recipes and exceptional service.
